At Laneway Home, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@lanewayhome.nz for assistance.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship all orders via New Zealand Post with track and trace. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
- Urban Delivery: $8
- Rural Delivery: $12 (please allow additional time for rural deliveries)
- Oversized Items: Some products may incur an oversized shipping surcharge of $10 or $20 nationwide, including rural addresses. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Large/Heavy Furniture: Shipping costs for large or heavy furniture will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. We will contact you with a quote before processing your order.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard Delivery: 2–6 working days
- Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional few days
Additional Shipping Information
- Signature Optional: You may choose to have your parcel delivered with or without a signature.
- No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes—please provide a physical address for delivery.
- No International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within New Zealand.
